First separate edition. Broadside poem. Signed. Single sheet measuring 17” x 9”. Fine. Prints the entire poem, “The White Lilies.” One of 150 copies printed in May 1993 by The Grenfell Press, an unknown number of which were signed by Louise Glück (Gluck). “The White Lilies” taken from The Wild Iris; broadside commemorates Glück’s receipt of the Pulitzer Prize for the collection this poem appears in. Protected in Mylar, and acid free paper. I do not see this broadside online anywhere.

This is a wonderful item. Key attributes include its age and condition, the fact that it celebrates the Pulitzer Prize awarded Glück, and the important press that published it.

The last photo attempts to capture the amazing white lily graphic.

Glück was also a Nobel laureate, former U.S. Poet Laureate, and National Book Award winner, among other honors.
