Rare and unique piece. Early 1900s. I believe the wood is oak. This is a REWORKED piece. Unfortunately part of it was completely broken so it had to be reworked. You can see in the last photo where new screws were added. Some glue residue from repairs. All the parts are original except for a few new screws. (The piece used to have another section on it, which was no longer usable so it was made to be smaller) there is some minor wear throughout the piece. See photos. there are 3 turning parts. 2 large moving hat pieces, and 1 small moving piece towards the bottom. In order for the 1 larger moving piece to fit back in place, the smaller one below it must be turned sideways. (See photos)

It is 18.5 inches wide (from end of side knob to end of other side knob) it is 27 inches tall. There is not currently hooks on the back so in order to hang it on the wall it will need to have hooks added.
