These steel shims are used to adjust the height of individual saddles on Floyd Rose and other similarly styled locking bridges. Since these bridges due not have saddle height adjustment screws, these shims are helpful for correcting individual saddle height mismatches or re-radiusing the bridge to better match an instrument's fingerboard.
