Callebaut's Gold chocolate is crafted from the finest caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, resulting in an intense but well balanced caramel chocolate flavour, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt. It has a beautiful warm caramel and pale amber colour, with an opulent golden hue. Standard fluidity guarantees great results and means it is ideal for use in a number of applications.
