Great painting by artist Jim Belt in 1974 signed, dated and dedicated.

The picture is in good condition without damage. There is some small spatter on the painting itself 

and the frame has that "kitchen" stickiness to it. I'll leave any cleaning to the professional.

I believe the story on the back offers some ownership history. I have no other to offer.
