The 2-year warranty only refers to any manufacturing faults to the cast iron body of the stove itself and does not cover any replaceable parts such as fire bricks, the baffle plate, handles, glass or grate. The warranty only covers stoves that have been installed by a HETAS qualified engineer. Your HETAS certificate must be produced to make a claim under warranty.
