Per the AFE Website, it will fit:

All other information points to it only fitting LATE production '04-'05.
Does not fit gasoline engines, or other size Diesels.
Does not fit half ton trucks, or Express vans.
It is brand new, in the original box. The parts bag had a hole in it, so there are some missing tiny screws, washers, and a sensor hose is referenced that I didn't see in there either. These are parts that should be easy enough to source elsewhere.
