These latex balloons are made of premium latex material which is
durable, long-lasting. It's non-toxic and Eco-friendly, safe to be used
for children.
The balloons are flat and can be filled with
helium or air. They can float when filled with helium. However, if you use air,
they won't float.
Please Note: that you should only fill it to about
90% full.
How to Make Confetti Balloon: Due to the confetti being heavier than
helium, the confetti moves in the direction of gravity. Rubbing the
outer side of the balloon in the air (the best way) or with silk/wool will
help the confetti stick to the balloon. This will make the balloons
look more colourful.
