For Auction: SM32 (16mm) engine driver figure hand painted to high standard. A combination of acrylic and oil based paints, sealed using two coats of neutral lacquer.

These are figures, painted and modified by myself, as prepared and used on my own SM32 garden railway.

The high quality figures are supplied by Clavey models. Please note that you are paying for paint, modification, and the time and effort to produce a highly detailed painted (shaded) figure.

To keep figures in place on my Roundhouse engines, I drill the feet of the figures and fit small but powerful rare earth magnets. As the Roundhouse engines are brass built, I then cut and paint a small steel shim that I silicone in place on the engine footplates. The figures can be then be placed on the footplate and will stay in position whilst in use. It also makes it easy to swap figures from engine to engine.
