Frosty the Snowman cotton fabric trimmed with lace.

Dress back has hook and loop closure.

Elastic at wrists for easier pull on over hands.

18" dress can fit Bitty but will be longer and tighter around waist and neck.

Garment seams are finished or seams are serged, other finishes may be used on accessories.
