This original Seeburg lock # 515756 with key is for the Digital Electronic Consolette wall box series such as the DEC110 and DEC125. 

The lock face has good chrome plating and works well with the key that is included. The Latch Bolt Cam # 515828 and other parts seen in the photos are included.
