Superb Vintage Wooden African Male Tribal Figure Handcarved Wood 17" Hardwood   This is a fabulous piece of African Tribal Art. I do not know which tribe this is from in Africa. This stands 17 inches tall. It is made from hardwood and has a lovely aroma , it is also extremely tactile. This is a male figure with a pointed chin and a beard. This has a headdress and tribal clothing , he is arrying weapons but these are shortened. It is very well arved and has a nice patina. It certainly has some age but it is not 100s of years old. Any information would be appreciated as to the area of origin or any other detail.
