This is a fabulous piece of. AST Metalwork that measures 5.75 x 4 x1.25 inches .

The piece has 3 Cigarette or cigar resting areas and a machine like part at the end .

There is Asian possibly Chinese or Japanese Lettering or Markings down both of the upper edges , this is quite detailed .

I do not know what this translates too , if anyone can help , then please do .

This is a Rare piece , I cannot find anything similar and I cannot establish who the maker was . Without the lettering I would have said this was from Soviet Russia , but it appears not , having seen the marks .

It has a lovely patina and there is no damage .
