Ink does NOT write and needs replaced on all four. All are made by Starlite. Three say "DODSON INSURANCE GROUP Insurance at a savings, since 1900"; the other says "DODSON INSURANCE GROUP since 1900". Exactly as shown in the photos.
These type of pens were manufactured from 1940s-1980s.
