New original AC #FP48 or GF48 glass bowl gas filter for 1939, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1960 Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Cadillac. I know starting in 1958, many cars use the in line round cannister filter. Whether or not you have a filter, it is always a good idea to run one.
