Regarding Lost and Damaged items, please email me to sort out whatever problem you might have with the package. Post Services may require proof of correspondence between buyer and seller. 

On damaged items, a photo is required to show proof of the damage in or with the box it arrived in. Please send me the photo and I will initiate the process to manage the refund on your behalf. 

The refund will be sent as soon as we receive the returned item. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Please note that these items have some wear and age to them which is the case with most "vintage" items. Depending on the handling of these items by previous owners, the items may have more signs of wear than others. I will do my best to mention any imperfections or show them in the photos showcased in the listing. I will be happy to provide any missing information upon request.
