Up for bid is a Lego City Custom building.  It has a cafe, pet shop and apartments above.  Roof is removable to access the interior.  Includes 4 minifigs as shown.  Fits together with other Modular buildings as shown.

Made from either new parts or parts in excellent used condition.  

Will be well packaged for shipping and will provide additional photos so if any parts come off during shipping they can be reattached.

PLEASE NOTE: while I do my best to package well and label as fragile, from time to time my buildings get damaged during shipping.  This is Lego and can be rebuilt, I will send many photos to assist if this happens.   I will NOT accept returns if the building is damaged so if you are not willing to do some rebuilding, please do not bid on this set.   I'm putting this very clearly in the listing so Ebay will not process any returns.
