If you are buying this as a gift and you would like us to post your gift directly to the recipient please ensure that you insert their address into the delivery address information at checkout and message us to let us know.  If this is not done the gift will go to the delivery address on the order.

For security reasons we cannot change the delivery address details once the order has been placed, the only way to rectify this would be to place a new order and once placed request a cancellation of the original order.

Your coaster will be posted to you 2nd class.  If you want your coaster sooner you may choose to upgrade to 1st class for a slight additional cost.  If you wish to do this please select the express shipping option at checkout.

Please note we DO NOT accept returns on personalised items unless the item is damaged or we have made an error.  In these instances we will send a replacement item to you within 24 hours of your notifying us of the issue.

Please note there may be a slight difference in colour from what you see on your computer/phone screen to the finished product due to your systems graphics card.

Any watermarks on images are there to protect the work of the artist.  Your items will not include these.
