Installation instructions
Only disassemble the device if you are sure that you will get it back together afterwards!
Extend the DVD tray, pull out the power plug, unscrew the cover (3-5 screws) Unscrew the DVD drive (6 screws) carefully lift the drive and place the cables between
Pull out the DVD drive and chassis. Turn the removed drive over and remove the 2 small screws. Now the 2 metal parts can be removed. Push the circuit board through
Loosen the 2 plastic catches and lift carefully. Disconnect the cables between the drive and the circuit board. Note where the cables are because there are 2 empty sockets!
There is a black plastic clip on the laser, which you can lift slightly so that you can pull off the ribbon cable. Put the board to one side. The drive comes with 2 screws
and 2 rubber parts attached. Loosen the 2 screws and carefully pull off the drive. Then loosen the two rods and loosen a screw on the laser with it the lever
comes off with the spring, now install the new laser, insert the drive and everything again
assemble as you disassembled it before - I've already replaced many - in no case did it not work. done! If you don't dare -
