We (my wife) packs our items extremely well and if you look at our feedback it is mentioned often but shipping damage can occur so, please keep broken items, take pictures and let us know right away if something is damaged in shipping. We insure all our items, and it really helps us to have all packing, box and broken items kept until after we file claim.

We ship everything for free and offer free returns as well but sometimes it is just cheaper to refund rather than shipped back. So again, any problems just contact us.

Domestic shipping only and it will be either USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FED-EX Ground so you must have a address that will ship besides just a P.O. Box number.
