Description -   Item is preowned.  There is wear on the sign.  There are four pre-drilled holes in the metal for hanging purposes.  There is a "dimpled" area on the right side of the sign; it is hardly noticeable from the front, but it is noticeable on the back.  There are scratches and other imperfections.  The sign can use a quick cleaning.  Due to the defects noted, the sign is being sold "AS IS".  Returns will not be accepted on this item.  Please see pictures of actual items listed.

Shipping -  Item will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; whichever is cheapest for me.  Due to the weight of the item, I will not ship to PO boxes.  Inquire about other shipping methods PRIOR to purchase.  Once the item leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the delivery service.  Please do not take their failure out on us.

Best Offers -    We leave the original price stickers on the boxes.  We kindly ask that you do not make low-ball offers with the reason being "the price sticker says.....".  These are old stock, and are no longer manufactured.  The price stickers are old, so unless you can go back in time to purchase the item at that price, the price we are asking is what the price is.  Our asking price is based on sold listings and active listings on eBay.  Best Offer is used for those who purchase more than one item.  Low Ball offers will be declined, no exceptions.  Low ball offers will get you added to our blocked buyer list.  Be FAIR when making offers.  Best Offers may not be considered when items are on sale or during promotions.

Returns - Due to the defects noted, I'm selling the sign "AS IS".  Returns will not be accepted on this item.  If a return is requested due to buyers remorse (“changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake”), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
