1910 Mexico Peso Caballito Graded at MS61 by NGC

COMMENTS
This 1910 Mexico Caballito Peso is a beautiful example of a rare and historical coin. The word Caballito translated from Spanish means "little horse".  This coin is considered one of Mexico’s most beautiful coins. Designed by Charles Pillet, the obverse shows an eagle, while the reverse highlights a female personification of Liberty astride a horse, with an oak branch and torch in her hands and a rising sun in the background.  This design, featuring a horse and rider, is iconic to Mexican history and adds to the collectability of this piece. Issued during the period celebrating the Centennial of Mexico's Independence from Spain, this specimen is considered Mexico's first commemorative coin.  The coin has a KM number of 453

Certified by NGC as MS61, this coin is in uncirculated condition and made of .903 fineness silver. This specimen comes with lustrous clean surfaces and sparking white eye appeal.  There is a faint champagne gold tone on the periphery highlighting the device elements beautifully and suggesting the originality of this item. It comes with NGC certification for authenticity and is a true blast white beauty. A must-have for any serious coin collector, this piece represents a piece of Mexican history that should not be missed.

Feel free to request other photos and we'd be happy to provide.  We shoot a couple sets on this one with different lighting characteristics but no filtering or doctoring - all natural photos!  As is the case with many gorgeous original coins, this one isn't easy to capture it's natural beauty.  As eBay sellers, we want to be sure there is no mystery with coin you are buying!!!
