This is a BEAUTY & YOUTH custom made product with a design that reminds you of the military jacket M-65 with 4 pockets on the front. It features a parachute button that is easy to remove even when wearing gloves.　

Hood and fur are missing. There are two small holes of about 0.2mm on the left side collar (last photo)No feathers came out.
There are no other noticeable scratches or stains, but there are some signs of use, such as the whitish scratches typical of Canada Goose.
