Book is in very good condition. There are some normal marks on the cover from handling, and the corners are a little bent. It looks like maybe something was spilled on the front corner of the book, as there is an orange stain from the cover page to about page 44. It is just on the very bottom or the page and in no way interferes with reading the book.
The CD itself is in perfect condition. The case is a little beat up - one of the tabs that holds the cover on is broke off and the plastic is scratched up and cracked a little. Doesn't affect the CD at all.
We used this book and cd for many years as our kids were growing up. It definitely helped us remain calm when dealing with our kids. We found ourselves refering back to it many times over the years, but now that our kids are out of the house its time to pass it on to someone else.
