Here is a stunning pair of antique Victorian silverplate and cut crystal
claret jugs, Circa 1870. They have beautiful floral decor, elegant waisted
necks with scrollwork and hinged lids. The round cut crystal claret jug
bodies are decorated with star crossed faceted patterns.
This pair of claret jugs is of impressive quality throughout and
impeccable workmanship and design. The claret jugs appear unmarked
and are silverplate over cut crystal. They each measure 11" tall, 4 1/8"
across the base, and approximately 6" across at their widest.
Together they weigh 7 pounds unpacked. Both jugs are in excellent
condition with no chips, cracks, dents, or signs of repair.
