You're buying the bike rack that you see. This is a genuine VOLVO part manufactured by Thule. Good news is that the keys are included and it's in great shape. Unfortunately, you'll need to purchase some additional hardware to get it mounted to your roof rack (cross-bars) and you'll also need the straps that keep the wheels strapped down.
