Signed and Numbered Limited Edition Aquatint Print Cricket Cage by Liz Jardin

Please note that we will be away from our inventory beginning July 1, 2024 through about August 5, 2024.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The frame has some distresses that come with age.  However, the print itself is in excellent condition.  (Please see photos for condition.)

The entire piece with frame measures 29.75 x 17.75" and the print itself measures approximately 19 x 7".  The coloring is subtle yet sings.  It has different textures that further add to its song.  It features, among other things, a cricket cage.  Cricket cages often were used to keep singing crickets as pets.  "Insect song has been a part of Japanese culture for centuries. Singing insects are kept as pets and appreciated for their calls."--traditionalkyoto.com

Due to the quality, size, technique, and aesthetic appeal, fair market value of this piece would likely run up to $200.  However, we want it to find its way to your home for much less.
