The surface area of the calculator has tiny hair line scratches, a few very small dents though.    See photos under the sun.  I bought this but only use it as a game play for 12 months, since then, it's been kept in a storage box untouched.  Needlessly to say, ebay normal wear and tear guide applies under Used condition items
