A very collectable vintage stone hot water bottle
Manufactured by Grimwades Ltd and entitled "The Mecca" as printed detail on the bottom as pictured.
The glazing is crazed (probably arose when cast) and possibly has a small crack somewhere as the sound is dead when tapped. The stopper has a slight chip.
It stands 250 mm high and 160 mm at the widest point and about 80 mm in profile.
