Shipping Policy

Your order will be dispatched within 4-7 business days after cleared payment by registered International Air Mail with Tracking Number. 

Registered Mail means that signature might be required to pick up the package.

All domestic shipping is through the United States Postal Service.


International shipping:

For the convenience of my international customers, I use an economy shipping option. 

Items are shipped via Standard Economy Shipping, Registered and Tracked International priority flat rate envelope.

I also offer Premium Shipping services, Registered and Tracked International Priority flat rate envelope and deliveries may take between 7 up to 14 business days on average for orders to arrive. 

International shipments usually arrive in as little 10 -18 business days, but because international shipping can be unpredictable, I ask you to allow between 11 up to 35 business days on average for orders to arrive. 

If an item is lost in the mail, held up in customs, or does not arrive after 35 business days, please contact me and i will try to fix the issue for your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, I am responsible and will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement.

Returns:

You may return any unused or defective products as long as the return process is initiated within 14 days. For all returns we ask that the buyer pay return shipping.

Returns are accepted usually ONLY if the description is not accurate, please ask about just anything prior of bidding, or if related, Check your size Before bidding.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for a different one.

Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition as sent.  

IMPORTANT: Please email me first so that I am aware of the return.

Return fees are buyer's solely responsibility and shipping/return fees aren't refundable.

If and item is returned, I will offer you either, a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange (provided the item is still in stock).

If your item arrives damaged or broken, I will offer you a full refund of the purchase price and all shipping charges.


Bidders, Buyers Responsibilities:

Due to business best practices, EBay policy and law, the item will be marked and valued as it should be, buyers have to take full responsibility for custom clearance, import duties or taxes depending on the law of each country. 

Any failure to pick up the sent package (tracking provided and required signature) resulting the package is sent back to me, buyer will be held solely responsible for the return shipping fees while the item price will be refunded minus 25% restocking fees.
