Il s'agit là d'un magnifique petit samovar en Cuivre et Laiton du Moyen Orient que mes parents ont acquis en Syrie en 1976. Ils ont vécu là-bas pendant deux ans. Le samovar est beaucoup plus ancien, il date d'avant les années 50 très certainement . Il mesure 37,5 cm de haut et 21 cm de large. Le bec verseur mesure 8,5 cm. Inscriptions sculptées à la main dans le métal et il est estampillé AKBAL BURSA BAKIRIS. Je ne recommande pas de l'utiliser mais il constitue une pièce d’exposition magnifique et décorative.

This is a beautiful middle eastern copper and brass samovar that my parents bought in either Syria in 1976. They lived there for 2 years. It is much older than that, I'm guessing 1950's or earlier. It is 37,5 cm tall and 21 cm wide. The spout measures 8.5 cm. Hand carved design in the metal and it is stamped AKBAL BURSA BAKIRIS. I would not recommend using it because of the age, but it is a gorgeous, decorative, display piece.
