Full-length gown flares out towards the hem and features attached, off-the-shoulder, flared sleeves. It is made with a gorgeous, textured shimmery blue fabric and does up in the back with a snap.

NECKLACE:
Matching necklace is made on bendable wire for easy on/off fit.
