A-Club Magazine issue 103

A-Club, also known as Anime-club (Chinese: A-CLUB 動畫俱樂部), was a prominent magazine in Hong Kong during the 1980s. It primarily focused on Japanese anime, manga, and the Japanese video game industry. In addition to these Japanese cultural elements, A-Club also covered aspects of Hong Kong manhua (Chinese comics) and, in its later years, included content related to U.S. comics. The magazine ceased publication in 2001.

A-Club was a bi-weekly publication, part of the Lam Caa-lei group. It played a significant role in the Hong Kong media landscape, especially prior to the widespread adoption of the internet in the 1980s and early 1990s. During this period, it was a key source of information and entertainment for fans of anime, manga, and video games in Hong Kong.
