This 1985 Kenner Super Powers Brainiac action figure is still sealed on the card. The card is in decent condition. The bubble is firmly attached to the card with some damage at the top of the bubble. The outer bubble is clear. This 23-back figure is the American version. It features the Fan Club offer promotion.
