If any dimensions are mentioned they are approximate. Items are not listed or sold by dimensions to help ensure the part you need is what you find. Unless otherwise stated our items are used. Some have scratches, dents, dings, stains, rust, need cleaned and\or discoloration. The pictures on our listings are of the actual item unless the quantity is more than one. Then it is still one of the actual item for sale. Any known defects or wear signs are available to see in the photos. Parts that are not in good working condition are either recycled or disposed of properly.

SHIPPING

All items sold will be shipped within 3 business days. However, we try to ship as soon as possible. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are pur typical shipping days. All items get shipped through USPS. Most through priority mail unless otherwise specified to get your item(s) to you as fast as possible.

Some NEW parts will be shipped inside other boxes for protection. If they say NEW, they will be in OEM boxes, but may be shipped in another box to keep the new part from being damaged. It will be exactly as pictured unless damaged during shipping or aged during shipment.

Free shipping does not apply outside continental United States.

IF you live in Alaska, Hawaii or any provinces, message me before purchasing for additional shipping rate.

RETURNS

Please contact us before starting a return so we can offer a solution. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Model and Serial of machine must be provided for any parts that are claimed defective or return/exchange will not be accepted. Misuse or abuse of returns will be reported. All parts must be returned in sellable/useable original condition or refund may be delayed/not issued or lowered to reflect.
