From my music store. In original packaging ( a bit aged).  It came out originally as a means of attaching a TCM9150 tablet case to a 5/8" threaded microphone stand,  but can attach to any 5/8" application, i.e., standard mic clip, shock mount, etc.Tilts 180 and rotates 360.  Chrome is metal   .  See photos..
