How to find the Apple Model Identifier and Serial Number
1. Access Spotlight Search by pressing Command ⌘ + Spacebar.
2. Launch the System Information.app by typing "System Information" into the search field and pressing Return.
3. Locate your Model Identifier in the default Hardware Overview tab and confirm it matches with the Compatibility section above.
1. Flip your laptop over and locate the serial number printed on the bottom case.
2. Using your preferred search engine, type "EveryMac - Ultimate Mac Lookup".
3. Select the top search result and have your serial number ready.
4. Enter your serial number into EveryMac's search field cslocated in the center of the page.
5. Look over the search results and confirm the information on our listing matches the information for your device.

We allow returns within 30 day from the date of purchase.
Please contact us directly through eBay's messaging system before filing a returns claim. Item must be returned within 30 days and in original condition that it was received in. Refunds for altered, damaged, or used items may be subject to deduction.
You can initiate a return within your eBay account through your order. Simply follow the prompts (incorrect return reasons will be reported to eBay and may delay the refund). Once a return is submitted and approved, eBay will generate a prepaid shipping label with your return instructions. You'll be notified by eBay after we recieve your return. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please save the damaged box to include with your return (this is required by the carrier).
