This is a used Axis M3005-V IP (Power-Over-Ethernet) Network Camera.  Great compact camera that works with most systems. These were installed in a building we used to own, we pulled them out after about a year since we sold the building.

Camera can be manually adjusted to point wherever you want by removing the dome cover and turning/tilting the camera assembly.  This camera supports HD resolution (1920x1080).

Works as expected, I would recommend a factory reset on all of them (easy to do) so that you can reconfigure them for your environment.  Comes as pictured with the main camera assembly and the dome cover. No other accessories, mounting hardware, cables, or tools are included. There is some wear and minor tearing on the insulation of the network cable but it does not impact the conductors and the camera is in perfect operating condition. I just reset the camera to defaults using the Axis Device Manager Client software (free download from Axis website).
