Maxi Silicon contains a set of botanical extracts with easily absorbed silica as well vitamins and microelements. It helps in the regeneration, strengthening and care of hair and nails. It prevents loss of skin firmness.

Microelements contained in Maxi Silicon:
Iron contributes to the proper transportation of oxygen in the body and to proper cell division. Zinc and selenium have a beneficial effect on the protection of cell constituents against oxidative damage and on the proper condition of the skin, hair and nails. Manganese and copper contribute to the proper formation of the connective tissue. Iodine is involved in the normal energy metabolism. It helps maintain a proper skin condition. Additionally, Maxi Silicon contains the following vitamins: C, B1, B2, B3, B12 as well as folic acid, biotin and beta carotene. One Maxi Silicon capsule contains more than 80 mg of easily absorbed silica derived from plant extracts.

Recommended dose:
1 capsule a day with a meal.
