ENERGY FUEL contains creatine, which increases physical performance during successive, short, high-intensity physical exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. ENERGY FUEL contains maltodextrin, L-carnitine, L-citrulline, L-tyrosine, taurine, beta-alanine and caffeine. ENERGY FUEL is intended for people participating in endurance and strength sports.

Recommended daily portion is 16 g.

Dissolve one portion of the – 16 g (2,5 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily 30 minutes before training.
