While we note that "All Sales Are Final" here in the listing, we have on occasion processed partial refund if an item is returned due to the buyer providing the incorrect shipping info. Here is our policy in this instance:
Upon receipt of the shipment from the UPS/USPS/FedEx, we will inspect the item to see if it's in the original condition, and if so, process a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and the actual outbound shipping charges we incurred on our end. Please be advised that some UPS/USPS/FedEx returns require the original sender/seller to pay the full shipping amount; in turn, will also be responsible for if the shipment is returned to us.
Also note that we are in no way responsible for the handling of return shipments buy the UPS/USPS/FedEx; in turn, if the item is returned in a lesser condition, the amount of the restocking fee will exceed 25% (up to 75%--no refund if the item isn't in salable condition).
