Appearance

  1. The 'TO' series is designed with the concept of a watch that appears to be carved from a mass of metal. Created through the unique approach of Tokujin Yoshioka, the design starts not from the shape or functions of the watch, but from the selection of the material itself. This involves stripping down design elements to the utmost minimum, bringing out the characteristics and excellence of the material.

To emphasize the metallic texture, typical design elements of watches, such as the dial and hands, are intentionally eliminated, resulting in a watch that is simple yet modern in its appearance.

Tokujin Yoshioka Born in 1967, Tokujin Yoshioka established the Tokujin Yoshioka Design Office in 2000. He is active in the fields of design, architecture, and contemporary art.
