New Drive will included Windows Preloaded of your choosing with step by step directions. Customer will use their existing product key on computer. We don't provide product keys other than ones sold with our computers. If you need a windows 10 or 11 key we can provide a site online where you can buy them but they hae nothing to do with us but we buy keys from them sometimes.

Pre windows 8 computers will have a product key on the bottom of them or under the battery. You will need a windows product key to activate windows. Computers that came with Windows 8 or new will not need a product key and will authenticate without it since they are imbedded in the board. Windows will need authentication on any version

If oyur computers has windows 10 you can still upgrade fromm from windows 10 to windows 11 if your computer has the specs for windows 11 

You must choose the correct version. Home product keys will not work for Professional and vice versa
