The Russian texts says (roughly): "Дорогому семейству Ребера в память сонцовских и галицыноских времен от С. Прокофьева" (To the dear Reber family in memory of the Sontsovo and Galitsino times from S. Prokofiev). Prokofiev was born in Sontsovka and this reference very likely points to a connection to his early days. I could not find any information about the mentioned Reber family or Galitsino. Autograph inscriptions and quotations in Russian language by Prokofiev are rare, at least in Western auctions.
