Australia - Our Standard Delivery is by Registered and also Insured Post (within Australia) to ensure reliability to you with a cost of FREE for this first item and then $3 for each additional item
Australia Post Platinum Express Courier is available to you with a cost of $18.00 AUD (again plus $3 for each additional item) which includes the cost of the standard service and also includes the insurance which Australia Post charges additionally to the cost of the base envelope. Online tracking is available but please note that not all Post Codes are serviced by Australia Post so please refer to the Australia Post web site for details of your post code as the list changes from time to time.
Delivery is generally on weekdays only (not weekends or Public Holidays) and signature is required
We will despatch orders 99% of the time within three business days (unless special conditions such as resizing a ring is requested by the customer and in such circumstances we’ll advise you the timeframes involved)
For Registered Post - Pease allow up to 5-15 working days for delivery although in most cases delivery is much quicker (usually 2-3 working days )
For Platinum Express Post - Please allow up to 1-2 working days for delivery
New Zealand - Delivery is by Registered and also Insured Airmail to ensure reliability to you with a cost of $25.00 AUD for the first item and then $3.00 AUD for each additional item

We can organise shipment by EMS International Express Courier Service and the cost for this varies in the range $70 to $125 depending on the country involved and the value of the item. Shipping is usually less than five business days and please contact us for a quote if you require this service
Please also note that when you buy any item from us that item must then be imported to your country in accordance with your local Laws. Some countries impose taxes on importation (the EU being the best known example) and these import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. This policy is standard business practise across the world whether you buy from eBay or buy an item from any other non-eBay web site. In the same way the seller is responsible for any GST or VAT sales taxes – again this is standard business practise. Also individual Government Customs services act in radically different ways from one country to another and their intervention can make large changes to our expected delivery times which are completely beyond our control

Non-Paying Bidders - By bidding you implicitly agree to all our terms and conditions. If payment is not received within 10 calendar days after the close of this auction, you will automatically be in default and your right to the item(s) will be forfeited.
