You're looking at Cerberus - Atlantis Guild Limited Edition figure (LE5) from the MageKnight Sinister release. He's never been played.
I received complete sets of base figures and LEs from Wiz Kids while working for them, specifically in the role of Dungeons Rules Arbitrator, playtester and developer working in some part on HeroClix, Crimson Skies, Mechwarrior: Dark Ages, Shadowrun and a few other projects that never saw the light of day. I was also the chief writer of many of the monthly campaign scenarios, and wrote much of the web fiction that went up on the site. (Now I write novels for a living, but that's neither here nor there.)
