Edward Arden (Tucker) 1847 – 1910.

EDWARD TUCKER Jr. was born in Bristol in 1847, a landscape and coastal painter in watercolour, who was the son of the well-known watercolour artist Edward Tucker Sr. (c.1825-1909). He lived in Bristol, London, Brighton and Ambleside, ending up in Windermere. He was the eldest of five brothers all of whom were skilled artists and are now well recorded. He used the pseudonym Edward Arden to avoid confusion with his father. He exhibited extensively, but mainly in Northern galleries and died in 1910, the year after his father.
