Jacket:  Only very, very light corner bumping

Disc:  Flawless

It includes the full-size insert sheet.  No obi (not sure if it originally came with one).

Run time is 44 minutes.

Please note that my pic may have a glare at the bottom edge of the jacket; this is a result from my camera's flash and is not a flaw in the jacket.

All of my laserdiscs are NTSC format. Once again, this is a 12" laserdisc and not a DVD. Laserdiscs will only play on laserdisc players and not in DVD players.
