These are brand new

Complete with mounting hardware. 

I just purchased and found they do not fit the later version of the Mini SE, according to the dealer there was a slight modification at the end of the Model Year.   I did confirm they fit another SE that I tried them on.  So it should fit all years/models listed by this vendor.
