This came in a box of photo items so I assumed it is a camera bag.  But my wife says it's a purse, and more specifically a BRUNO MAGLI Leather Flap-Top Crossbody Bag.  It is small, and there are no internal dividers of any sort, so I'm inclined to believe her :-)

At any rate, it is very nice, all leather and well made, except for the hardware choice on the strap.  It should be easy to reattach the strap.  If you've ever replace a watch wrist band, it is like that.  All that is needed is a rod that will fit into the two holes in the buckle.

There is one internal pocket and one exterior pocket.  Exterior dimensions are 8 1/2" long x 6 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" wide (including the external pocket; 3" without it.)
